Requirement & Responsibilities

- Leading and managing kitchen staff
- Overseeing day to day operations of kitchen and dining area
- Handling food storage and inventory
- Creating a safe and enjoyable working environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards
- Ensure the facility meets all local, state and national health regulations
- At least 10 years of management and hospitality experience
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams while consistently providing a superior customer service experience
- Cost and purchasing control with accounting
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Customer-focused, customer-facing individual with excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Planning menus for various outlets in consultation with chefs and restaurant managers
- Eye for detail and a flair for customer -centered hospitality services
