With Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position (1&2)
• Having good attitude , well groomed and friendly ( 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English). (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
• Familiar with VHP ( 1,3,8)
• Good Knowledge about mechanical, electrical, pool and plumbing ( 4,5)
• Able to join immediately.
