Our Requirements for Pastry Chef:
- A passion for exceptional food/pastries and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant fields is a benefit.
- proven experience working within the food industry as a leader in Pastry Section or relevant role
- Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
- Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
- Experience in meeting financial targets, budgeting, cost control and maximizing would be an advantage.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
- Working on your own initiative is important, creativity, flexibility.
