• Proven experience minimum 2 years in the same position (1-7)
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English) (1-8)
• Excellent customer service skills (1,2,3)
• The ability to manage staff (1,2)
• Excellent business skills (1,2,3)
• The ability to communicate with people at all levels (1)
• Tact and diplomacy (1)
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management (1)
• Experience budgeting and forecasting (1)
• Familiarity with business and financial principles (1)
• Good attitude (1-8)
• Time management efficiently (1-8)
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities (1,2)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Housekeeping, or field related to the hotel operation or management required (2)
• Experienced work abroad or in cruise ship (2)
