VILLA MANAGER
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in villa or hotel management
- Strong food and beverage (F&B) and housekeeping competence
- Attention to detail in guest product and service delivery
- Excellent management, operations, maintenance, and administrative skills
- Problem solver with ideas on how to fix the issue and improve
- Knowledge and confidence to do spreadsheets, email, and basic accounting
- Strong English and Indonesian language skills
- Flexible working hours to fit guest needs
COOK OR CHEF
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience preparing food in a restaurant, hotel, or villa, and/or cook or chef qualification
- Confidence to create and update menus
- Attend to the details and presentation
- Maintain a hygienic and ordered kitchen
- Have a leadership spirit, are self-starters, and are organized
- Strong English and Indonesian language skills
- Flexible working hours to fit guest needs
Gross salaries range from IDR 3 million to IDR 7 million (BPJS and THR included) depending on skills and experience.
