Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train and appraise staff performance to provide excellent customer service and improve productivity.
- Delivering superior spa treatment, food and beverage service to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintains budget, monitors costs, recipe documentation and menu
- Communication with customers to receive feedback and respond efficiently and accurately to manage complaints.
