• OPERATIONAL MANAGER / RESTAUTANT MANAGER
• BAR SUPERVISOR
• RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, and 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management for Operational Manager position
3. Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
5. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• SOUS CHEF
• CHEF DE PARTIE

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in culinary sciences or relevant field
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role for Sous Chef position, and 1 year experience for Chef de Partie position
3. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
4. Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs
5. Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
