Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, and 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management for Operational Manager position
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary sciences or relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role for Sous Chef position, and 1 year experience for Chef de Partie position
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
