The Kulat Residence is a stunning 12-room villa located in Pecatu, South Kuta, Bali, offering breathtaking views of the lush tropical landscape and the Indian Ocean. The villa features 12 spacious and exquisitely designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an openplan living area, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The villa’s sleek and modern architecture complements the natural beauty of its surroundings, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

We are currently hiring for the following positions as part of our pre-opening team:

Operational Supervisor

• Lead pre-opening team and oversee daily operations of villa
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of operational team
• Implement policies and procedures for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• Manage budgets and expenses
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage reservations and rates
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote the villa

Villa Chef

• Create and prepare high-quality, healthy meals for guests
• Manage the kitchen, including planning, preparing, and cooking meals
• Source high-quality ingredients and maintain a rotating menu
• Train, manage, and supervise kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Operational Supervisor
• Meet guest preferences and dietary requirements

Housekeeping Associate

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards
• Change bed linens and towels, restock room amenities
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and report maintenance issues
• Monitor lost and found items and follow safety and sanitation procedures

Ideal candidates

• Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or hotel management (1)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same field (2,3)
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) (1)
• Strong culinary skills, creativity, and team management skills (2)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (2)
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts required (2)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently (1,2,3)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required. (1,2,3)
• Able to join immediately
