General Requirement:
- Proven experience as Guest Relation Officer/Guest Experience for minimum 1 year.
- Proficiency in English
- A guest-oriented with professional attitude
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Knowledge of recreation division ia a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
