Specific Requirements :
- University graduate/ hotel management/ hotel diploma school
- 1 -2 years proven working experience in a luxury environment
- Strong leadership skills, able to set direction, motivate and lead the team (1)
- Background and knowledge of all kitchen operations and procedures as well as menu engineering (1)
- Strong in all types of cuisine, especially Indonesian and Mediterranean as well pastry & bakery (1)
- Excellent & verbal in English & Mandarin Skill / Read & write Mandarin is essential (2)
- Knowledgeable in using Wechat & Sina Wibo and experience with Opera and SynXis is essential (2)
- Strong communication with the front office to ensure guest requests and needs are met and communicated in a timely manner (2)
