- Extensive Food and wine knowledge (Expert in Food knowledge)
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Leading a team in a high-end Restaurant experience
- In Villa Dining (FBM)
- Special projects and events
- Online and traditional restaurant marketing
- Raptor point of sale system
- Fluent in English verbal and written.

Cook Helper
- age between 20 to 35 years old
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
- Minimum 1-year experience in 5-star Hotels and in an exclusive restaurant.
- Ability to work in team
