Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Engineering (1)
- Have a good knowledge about building maintenance and electric equipment (AC, Genset, Chiller, Kitchen equipment, etc) (1)
- Able to do machine maintenance, repair and controlling of spending energy cost (Electric, Water, and Diesel) (1)
- Monitor, evaluate, and develop the knowledge and technical ability of each individual to improve team performance (1)
- Create and manage annual budget of MEP and Civil (1)
- Have a good communication skill and leadership skill (1)
- Minimum 1 year experienced (2)
- Excellent Groomed, Team Player, Hard Worker, and Discipline (2)
