VILLA KAKTUS 85, a 4-bedroom fully staffed and serviced villa with a butler, housekeeping, and security, is managed by Secluded Bali Villas and now in the process of a significant expansion of our business, so we are looking for an honest and hard-working staff member to work as a BUTLER and VILLA ATTENDANT and join us in a permanent position.Qualifications:
- Indonesian resident/national
- Live in the area near the villa; location: Canggu
- Past experience in a villa or hotel and hospitality qualifications
- Butler: F&B competence, knowledge and confidence to do spreadsheets, email, and basic accounting
- Villa Attendant: housekeeping competence, familiarity with villa or hotel features
- Attention to detail in guest product and service delivery
- Self-starter with a motivated and helpful manner
- Willing to learn and follow the standard operating procedures
- Indonesian and basic English language skills
- Ability to start immediately
Salary depends on experience and skills. Standard benefits and allowances are provided, such as THR, BPJS, and food allowances. Flexible working hours, but staff are expected to work when owners or guests are at the villa and take time off when they are not.
