At the moment Aman Villas at Nusa Dua is looking for a:1. Butler
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the all areas of villa area cleaned & maintained to the highest standard
- Provide food & beverage service according to Aman Standards
- Recording to guest history: F & B like / dislike, preference in the room, etc
- Improve skills and continue training for personal development as well as better service to guests
2. Villa Cook
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the food preparation and production for all villa menus also the cleanness of the villa
- Ensure the highest standard of service with a comfortable and relaxing experience
- Organize special request for Villa Owner or Villa Rental: Honeymoon turndown etc.
- Improve skills and continue training for personal development as well as better service to guests
Requirements:
- Responsible with all the guest needed
- Able to interact the guests, employees and third parties
- Well groomed, motivated, and team player
- English proficiency, both oral and written (1)
- Provide Food & Beverage Product according to AMAN standard. (2)
- Planning & directing food presentation (2)
- Be able to join immediately
- Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position.
