General Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in the same / similar position in 4 / 5 stars hotels (1,2 &3).
- Minimum S1 Degree or Bachelor (1,2 & 3).
- Having strong knowledge in Food & Beverage Production (1).
- Have the ability to set up and manage the Restaurant (1).
- Strong in Sales & Marketing Strategy (2).
- Excellent network with local/international Travel Agent, Corporate, Government and OTA (2).
- Strategic planning skills, ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies (3).
- Highly motivated, strong leadership, excellent communication and problem solving (1,2 & 3).
- Must be goal and target oriented, flexible and has an ability to train and motivate
- team members and has high self confidence (1,2 & 3).
