You will directly report in our operational manager As a Receptionist/GRO you have to handle day to day operation of guest relation and customer service especially to run front office jobs.
Job Description
As a Receptionist/GRO, you will be the first point of contact for our guest. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the villas and wellbeing center. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, Handling Reservation.

You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the villas and wellbeing center. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, Handling Reservation.
As a Receptionist/GRO, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Ultimately, a Receptionist’s/GRO’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Requirement:
- At least Diploma Degree any major
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Attractive, attention to detail, and have a good communication skill
- Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word etc)
- Friendly and patient personality.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Any related customer service/oriented experience will be considered
- Will be placed in Four on Drupadi, Jalan Drupadi nomor 4,Seminyak.
- Reservation experience preferable.
