Responsibilities:
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Manage reservations and update the booking system.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
