HORISON ULTIMA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for Staff and Daily Worker:

1. Sous Chef/Head Chef – Staff.
2. Commis Chef – Staff.
3. Cook – Daily Worker.
4. Bell Driver – Daily Worker.

General Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
• Experienced within the 4/5-star hotel industry, with a proven track record.
• Proven culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. (1)
• Excellent maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, and supporting the team in cooking and plating dishes efficiently. (2)
• Able to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and all related equipment. (3)
• Ability to greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation needs. (4)
