General Requirements :
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Must posses a minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles, proficient in the art of interpersonal communication exemplary attention to detail, exceptional problem solving and ability to work both independently and interdependently
- Has a successful track record in managing resort & retreats, and new business development.
- Has the ability to think creatively in order to develop targeted, customer-focused marketing solutions across multiple channels. (1)
- Has a strong desire to establish and maintain strong client relationships. (1)
- Understands how to effectively communicate and build strong internal and external relationships. (1)
- A creative mind with a track record of generating revenue for the resort. (1)
- Strong proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. (4)
- Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (HACCP), and sanitation regulations. (4)
- Menu development and food costing experience are a plus (4)
- Expertise in different cuisines (4)
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality food production and maintaining a positive kitchen environment (4)
- Diploma Majoring in Hospitality
- Can operate VHP system
- Good English both verbal and written
- Service excellence oriented
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Can start immediately
