With general requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Had 1-2 years experienced as Assistant FBM
- Understand Financial and Inventory Management
- Menu & Promotion development
- Responsible in Hygiene & Safety Regulation (HACCP)
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Control and evaluate all operations that serving food and beverage
- Fluent with VHP Program will be advantaged.
