LOOKING FOR :

1. ASSISTANT VILLA MANAGER

As a Villa Assistant Manager,
Responsible for controlling, organizing, and supervising the housekeeping Front office FBK AND FBS GARDEN AND ENGINEERING team, welcoming and addressing guest requests, promoting and up selling villa services, and monitoring the overall condition of the villas under your supervision. This position requires proficiency in English and the ability to handle 8 to 10 ROOM villas’

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in villa or hotel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

2. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a accounting staff
  • Excellent in data analysis, controller and logical thinking skills
  • Able to work under pressured and target oriented
  • Matured personality, open minded, highly self-motivated and communicative

Jobdesc:
  • Analyzed cost, expenses, revenue, and company growth profit
  • Controlling all expenses and cost
  • Making monthly and yearly tax report
  • Checking BPP (Payment Request Form) from other department especially for Tax Obligations
  • Prepare and making statistic report regarding P&L Report
  • Prepare and making Financial Analysis Report for Management
